Balkans Bosphore Logistique (since then shortened to BBL TRANSPORT) has been working for the satisfaction of its clients since 1997.
The Group has managed to develop this far -we will soon open our 12th agency in Europe- thanks to its demanding nature, professionalism, and knowledge of the different markets and cultures we work with.
January 1997 : Mr Kaci KEBAÏLI and the S.A. Transport ALLOIN Corporation created BBL TRANSPORT, with a capital shared of 51 % and 49 % respectively.
July 2000 : The founding president of the firm created a personal holding company, the BBL INVEST S.A. Corporation. The aim of this legal structure was to take shares and create new “entities” in the world of transport.
September 2000 : The company’s shareholders decided to increase the firm’s capital to 700 000 french francs (with an equal contribution) to foster the growth of the company and increase their equity. The new capital was immediately converted into Euros (152 400 €). The BBL INVEST SA took over Mr. Kaci KEBAÏLI’s share, thus becoming the main shareholder of BBL TRANSPORT.
September 2001 : BBL opened its first 100% owned subsidiary in Istanbul.
May 2002 : BBL INVEST bought up the Transports ALLOIN’s minority share and therefore became BBL TRANSPORT’s only / sole shareholder.
January 2003 : BBL created two new « agencies », namely the BBL TRANSPORT SARL in Moscow and the BBL SHIPPING in Le Havre, The latter concentrates all of our sea activities.

March 2004 : BBL created a joint-venture subsidiary in Thessaloniki (Greece) with our local partner under the name BBL TRANSPORT HELLAS, BBL INVEST owning 51 %.
May 2005 : BBL TRANSPORT bought the Lyon based, Southern Europe specialist, ALL TRANSPORTS Company. This operation enabled us to improve our geographical covering, to increase our number of employees to 130, and to cover 30 European countries from Portugal to Russia, from Estonia to Turkey. Our service offer ranges from regular partial load lines to all these destinations to full load transport.
October 2006 : saw a new external growth. BBL bought up the DMS-VIAMAR group, with a head office in Marseille, thus multiplying its market implantations in France and Belgium. This acquisition enabled BBL TRANSPORT to strengthen its sea activities (Le Havre, Lille, Marseille and Anvers subsidiaries) as well as to gain a better covering of the national territory.
July 2007 : BBL seized the opportunity to buy up ART SERVICES TRANSPORT (AST); a Paris based firm set on a very particular niche: the transportation of works of art and of high value products.
2009 : The year 2009 meant, for the whole BBL Group, the beginning of a new era.Indeed, since May 2009, the Parisian agency, as well as the head office of the Group, has settled down in “Seine et Marne”, in brand new tailored made buildings.
Located next to the A4 and A104 motorways, equidistant from the 2 Parisian airports, this site offers perfect work conditions, in a verdant framework.
Symbols of the durability and the thirst of innovation of the company, this new structure will allow BBL Group to enter in a new dimension.
BBL gathered all the « Europe road activities » under the brand name BBL TRANSPORT, and all the overseas activities und the brand name BBL SHIPPING.
BBL has now a new BBL SHIPPING agency in the biggest harbour city in Europe: Rotterdam, in the Netherlands
